What we're committed to
Insite Labs is committed to making digital experiences more accessible and inclusive. We designed Insite AI with accessibility in mind — both as a product that websites embed, and as a service we operate.
We strive to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which represent a widely recognized international standard for digital accessibility.
Accessibility tools for your website visitors
When Insite AI is embedded on a website, it provides a set of tools that visitors can enable to customize their experience. These are user-facing customization tools — they help individual visitors adjust how the interface appears and behaves. They are not a substitute for a properly built accessible website.

Increases contrast for better readability.
Invert Colors
Inverts colors for higher visibility.
Grayscale
Reduces colors to shades of gray.
Large Text
Increases font size throughout the widget.
Text Spacing
Increases letter and word spacing.
Dyslexia-Friendly Font
Uses a font designed to aid reading.
Highlight Links
Makes links more visible.
Hide Images
Hides images for a cleaner reading view.
Reading Guide
Shows a guide line that follows the cursor.
Interaction
Enhanced Focus Rings
Makes keyboard focus outlines more visible.
Reduced Motion
Disables animations and transitions.
Additional tools may be added over time. These features are designed to assist visitors — they do not guarantee that the host website meets WCAG or any legal accessibility standard.
What this covers — and what it doesn't
This statement applies to the Insite AI widget and to this marketing website (insiteai.app). It does not extend to the websites on which the Insite AI widget is installed — those are owned and maintained by third parties.
Website owners who integrate Insite AI remain fully responsible for ensuring their own site meets applicable accessibility requirements. Insite AI is designed to complement an accessible website — not replace one. Installing our widget does not make a website WCAG-compliant.
Known limitations
While we make genuine efforts to follow WCAG 2.1 AA recommendations, we acknowledge that full compliance across all contexts may not always be achieved. We continue to review and improve our product on an ongoing basis.
